Director and founder of RevenueRich, Richard Grosvenor has 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry within an eclectic collection of the UK hotel industry which represents all aspects of the industry. Richard has gathered his revenue management and analytical experience within Hilton Worldwide, Macdonald Hotels, Menzies Hotels, City Inn, Travelodge, Mitchells & Butlers Innkeeper’s Lodge and Premier Inn.
Megan Balmer
Senior Associate
Megan Balmer is a revenue management specialist with experience across branded and independent hotel portfolios. Her background includes commercial strategy, systems implementation, and team development. Megan has applied her skills in revenue optimisation and project management across varied hospitality environments, supported by a BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Management.
Rikki Reece
Associate
A commercial strategist with two decades of hands-on experience helping businesses boost their revenue, sharpen their trading performance, and navigate transformation, especially in hospitality, travel, and tech-powered services. Before shifting into consultancy, Rikki managed the revenue and commercial operations for a £35M hotel portfolio with 94 locations, consistently growing the top line over seven years. Built and implemented national revenue frameworks that have helped both hotel and pub portfolios of 600 nationwide locations, unlocking revenue growth of a £4M uplift, by using data-driven capacity management.
